For providers

For providers

Trainety helps Providers browse AI-related projects, build a visible organization profile, save relevant opportunities, and use Signals to start focused conversations with Publishers.

Find projects, manage your profile, and keep conversations organized in one place.

Built for AI providers

AI Providers need a better way to find relevant projects, show capabilities, and start serious conversations. Trainety gives Providers a structured workflow for project discovery, saved opportunities, profile visibility, Signals, and Messages.

Use Signals to open or strengthen contact with Publishers and show intent for a specific project.

Manage Messages

Control visibility

Turn Provider profile visibility on or off depending on whether you want Publishers to discover your profile.

How it works for Providers

Providers can move from profile setup to project discovery and focused communication.

  1. Create or complete your profile

Add organization details, location, organization size, expertise tags, and a clear description of your capabilities.

  2. Browse projects

Use keyword search and filters to find AI projects that match your category, industry, location, budget, and organization size.

  3. Save relevant projects

Save projects for later review and revisit them from your Saved page.

  4. Use Signals to contact Publishers

When you find a relevant project, use Signals to open initial contact or strengthen your project-related conversation.

  5. Continue in Messages

Use Messages to communicate with Publishers, view project context, increase Signals where available, and manage conversations.

Signals help show intent

Signals are used by Providers to open or strengthen contact with Publishers. They are designed to make initial outreach more intentional and help Publishers organize project-related conversations.

Signals do not guarantee replies, selection, transactions, or successful cooperation.

Open contact

Providers may need to use at least 1 Signal to open initial contact for a project, unless contact has already been opened or another platform rule applies.

Strengthen visibility

Higher Signals may affect how a project-related conversation is ranked for the Publisher, according to platform rules.

Track history

Providers can review Signals purchases, usage, increases, and related history from the Signals area.

Make your capabilities easier to understand

Your Provider profile helps Publishers understand who you are, what you do, and whether your organization may be a fit for their project.

When visibility is on, Publishers may discover your profile through Trainety. When visibility is off, your profile is hidden from public discovery flows, subject to platform rules and technical operation.

Provider FAQ

These answers describe Provider workflows without creating guarantees about outcomes.

Do Signals guarantee a Publisher response?

No. Signals are designed to show intent and may affect conversation ranking according to platform rules, but they do not guarantee replies, selection, transactions, or successful cooperation.

Can I browse projects before contacting a Publisher?

Yes. Providers can browse and review project details before deciding whether to save a project or use Signals to contact a Publisher.

Can Publishers find my profile?

Publishers may discover your profile when profile visibility is on. If visibility is off, your profile is hidden from public discovery flows, subject to platform rules and technical operation.

What happens if a saved project is closed?

A closed project is no longer available. You may still see it in Saved until you remove it or refresh depending on the product flow.

Can I increase Signals after contact?

Yes. Providers may be able to increase Signals from Messages for an existing project conversation where available.
