Who we are
Trainety is operated by Qenovia LLC. Trainety provides an AI project marketplace where Publishers can post AI-related projects and Providers can discover opportunities, manage profiles, use Signals, and communicate through platform messages.
For this Privacy Policy, "Trainety", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the Trainety service operated by Qenovia LLC. "User", "you", and "your" refer to visitors, account holders, Providers, Publishers, and other people who interact with Trainety.
Projects, profiles, and marketplace activity
Trainety is a marketplace. Some information you provide may be visible to other users depending on your role, settings, and platform features.
Publisher project visibility
When a Publisher posts a project, project information may be shown to Providers, including project name, budget range, organization size requirements, organization name, location, category, industry, expertise tags, project details, promotion labels, and update time.
Provider profile visibility
When a Provider turns profile visibility on, profile information may be shown to Publishers through Discover or related features. If visibility is off, the profile is hidden from public discovery flows, subject to technical and operational limitations.
Ranking and recommendations
Trainety may use project information, profile information, selected filters, marketplace activity, promotion level, Signals activity, and Publisher responsiveness to help order, recommend, or display projects and profiles. Promotion may affect visibility, but it does not guarantee clicks, contacts, messages, transactions, or successful cooperation.
Messages and files
Trainety Messages allow Providers and Publishers to communicate after a valid contact flow. We may process message content and message metadata to deliver messages, show conversation history, support unread indicators, manage labels and shortlists, provide reporting tools, prevent abuse, enforce platform rules, and provide support.
Files sent through Messages may be stored and scanned or reviewed for security, abuse prevention, support, or policy enforcement purposes. Do not upload sensitive personal information, confidential credentials, payment card details, government identification, health information, or content you do not have the right to share unless Trainety specifically requests it through a secure flow.
Payments and billing
Trainety may use third-party payment service providers to process payments, subscriptions, payment methods, billing records, Signals purchases, Priority Credits purchases, promotion purchases, and related payment events.
Payment providers may collect and process payment information according to their own terms and privacy notices. Trainety may receive payment status, transaction references, customer references, subscription status, payment method status, billing records, and related information needed to operate payment and billing features.
Trainety does not store full payment card numbers, card security codes, or other raw payment credentials in its own database unless a compliant payment provider flow specifically allows and requires it.
Cookies and similar technologies
Trainety may use cookies, local storage, session storage, pixels, logs, and similar technologies to operate the website, keep users signed in, remember preferences, secure accounts, prevent abuse, measure performance, understand usage, and improve the service.
Essential technologies
These are used for authentication, security, session management, fraud prevention, load balancing, and core product functionality.
Analytics and performance technologies
These may help us understand how Trainety is used, identify errors, improve page performance, and measure product quality.
Your choices
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some technologies may affect login, security, or product functionality.
Analytics, security, and error monitoring
We may use service providers to help monitor errors, performance, security events, abuse patterns, delivery reliability, and platform stability. These providers may process technical data such as device information, IP address, error traces, page URLs, timestamps, browser information, and event metadata.
We use this information to detect bugs, investigate incidents, protect accounts, reduce spam, improve performance, and maintain the service.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Trainety, manage accounts, operate marketplace features, maintain payment and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce platform rules, prevent abuse, comply with legal and accounting obligations, and maintain security.
Some information may be retained after account closure, project deletion, or content removal when needed for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, audit logs, dispute resolution, payment records, chargebacks, reports, moderation, or platform integrity.
Where possible, we may delete, anonymize, or restrict access to information that is no longer needed.
Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have certain privacy rights under applicable law. These may include the right to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or information about how your personal information is processed.
You may also be able to manage some information directly in Trainety, including account settings, profile visibility, saved projects, notification items, payment methods, and certain profile fields.
To submit a privacy request, use the privacy request form on this page. We may need to verify your account or request additional information before processing certain requests.
California privacy notice
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under California privacy laws, including rights to know, access, delete, correct, and opt out of certain uses of personal information, subject to exceptions. Trainety does not use personal information for a core business model of selling personal information. If applicable requirements change, Trainety should update this policy and provide required choices.
European and similar privacy rights
If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or another region with similar privacy laws, you may have additional rights related to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.
Account closure and deletion requests
You may request account closure from Account Settings. You may also submit a privacy request asking Trainety to delete or limit certain information, subject to applicable law and platform requirements.
After account closure, your account access and visible profile may be removed or disabled. However, Trainety may retain some records where necessary for payments, billing, tax, accounting, security, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, reports, moderation, legal obligations, or platform integrity.
Some marketplace records, message records, project records, payment records, audit logs, and support records may not be immediately deleted if they are needed for legitimate operational, security, legal, or compliance reasons.
Security
We use technical, organizational, and administrative measures designed to protect information. These may include access controls, authentication, protected storage, logging, rate limiting, abuse prevention, monitoring, and secure payment provider integrations.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe, using secure devices, and notifying Trainety through the support flow if you believe your account has been compromised.
International data transfers
Trainety may be operated from the United States and may use service providers located in the United States and other countries. Your information may be processed, stored, or transferred in countries that may have different data protection laws from your country of residence.
Where required, Trainety should use appropriate safeguards for international transfers according to applicable law.
Children's privacy
Trainety is intended for business users and is not designed for children. Users must not use Trainety if they are under the minimum age required by applicable law or under the age allowed by Trainety's Terms of Service.
If Trainety learns that it has collected personal information from a child in violation of applicable law, it may take steps to delete or restrict that information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through Trainety, account notifications, or other appropriate methods. The updated policy will be effective when posted, unless otherwise stated.
Your continued use of Trainety after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means you accept the updated policy, subject to applicable law.

To submit a privacy-related request, use the form below. Do not include passwords, payment card numbers, government identification, health information, or other highly sensitive information unless Trainety specifically asks for it through a secure flow.
Privacy requests are reviewed through Trainety's request process. Submission does not guarantee a specific result, and some requests may require account verification or additional information.
