For publishers

For publishers

Trainety helps Publishers share AI-related projects, define requirements, manage visibility, and start focused conversations with Providers who match their needs.

Publish projects, manage promotion, and discover Provider profiles from one workspace.

Built for AI project publishing

AI projects often require specialized skills, clear requirements, and structured communication. Trainety gives Publishers a focused place to publish projects, manage visibility, review responding Providers, and continue conversations through Messages.

Create structured projects

Add project details, budget range, location requirements, organization size requirements, category, industry, expertise tags, and promotion settings.

Reach relevant Providers

Projects can be discovered through search, filters, ranking, and marketplace activity. Promotion may affect visibility according to platform rules.

Manage project status

Turn projects on or off, edit details, review activity, manage promotion, and track project-related engagement.

Use promotion options

Choose Standard, Subscription, or Priority promotion where available. Promotion may increase visibility, but it does not guarantee results.

Discover Provider profiles

Use Discover to find visible Provider profiles based on location, organization size, expertise tags, and organization descriptions.

Continue in Messages

Manage project-related conversations, shortlist promising Providers, add labels, and keep communication organized.

How it works for Publishers

Publishers can move from project setup to communication through a structured workspace.

  1. Create a project

Add project information, requirements, budget range, location, organization size, category, industry, and project details.

  2. Choose visibility and promotion

Publish with Standard visibility or use paid promotion options such as Subscription or Priority where available.

  3. Review Provider interest

Providers can use Signals to contact you about a project. Signal activity may help organize and prioritize project-related conversations.

  4. Manage conversations

Use Messages and Shortlist to review Providers, add labels, hide conversations, report issues, and continue communication.

  5. Update or close projects

Edit project details, turn publishing on or off, manage promotion settings, or delete projects from your project management view.

Promotion options for projects

Trainety supports multiple promotion levels for Publisher projects. Promotion may affect visibility according to platform rules, but it does not guarantee clicks, contacts, messages, transactions, or successful cooperation.

Standard

Standard is the default promotion level when a project is published without paid promotion.

Subscription

Subscription is a recurring promotion option that may provide higher visibility than Standard according to platform rules.

Priority

Priority uses Priority Credits to increase visibility. When Providers click a Priority project, Priority Credits may be consumed. When credits reach zero, the project may return to its underlying promotion level.

If an account is restricted, access to core features may be limited while policy and support pages remain available.

Publisher FAQ

These answers describe Publisher workflows without creating guarantees about outcomes.

Do I need a payment method to publish a project?
